Will I receive an additional reward share if I surpass the profit target amount?

Even if you surpass the profit target, the Reward Share (e.g. reward from Challenge) is still calculated on the actual profit target. You receive the agreed percentage based on that amount.

Example: ZP 1-Step $100,000 Challenge with 10% profit target = $10,000. You need $10,000 profit to pass. From that $10,000 target you may be entitled to a reward share (e.g. 15%) = $1,500. Surpassing $10,000 does not change that reward calculation.
