How can I calculate the maximum loss limit?

ZP 2-Step: 10% of initial balance. ZP 1-Step: 6%. ZP Lite: 8%. Example: $100,000 ZP 2-Step → limit $10,000; balance/equity must stay above $90,000.

If you make $4,000 profit, your Maximum Loss Limit becomes $14,000 ($10,000 + $4,000). You can sustain $14,000 total loss; if balance/equity drops below $90,000 it is a violation. If you end a cycle with a $2,000 loss (no violation), next cycle starts at $98,000 and the limit is reduced to $8,000 ($98,000 − $90,000).
