Can I change or share my trading platform password?

The Master Password serves as a crucial access point to the account and grants control over trading activities and sensitive information. It is possible to change the Master Password for an MT4, MT5, or Match-Trader account, as well as the Investor Password, directly from the Account dashboard (cTrader account passwords cannot be changed as all accounts are linked to your single cTrader ID login).

How to change your password

• Select the specific trading account for which you wish to modify the password.
• Proceed to the profile section associated with the selected account.
• Within the profile section, locate Change Password and select the Generate MT4/MT5 Password option.

Once you generate a new MT4/MT5 password, it will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
