What is the relationship between ZeroPoint and the broker?

TL;DR: ZeroPoint is a proprietary trading firm that provides simulated trading programs and related services exclusively for prop traders. Any broker or execution partner within the ZeroPoint ecosystem is a separate entity. ZeroPoint and any broker partner are distinct entities, each maintaining its own policies, regional availability, technology, platforms, Terms of Service, and regulatory framework. Opening or maintaining an account with a broker is only as required for your ZeroPoint program.

ZeroPoint and any broker partner operate independently. Your agreement with ZeroPoint governs your participation in the funded program. Any live trading activity you conduct with a broker outside the ZeroPoint program is a separate contractual relationship governed by that broker's terms. ZeroPoint has no responsibility or liability arising out of such broker relationships.
