Can I reset my account anytime?

Yes. Reset is available for ZP 1-Step, ZP 2-Step, and ZP Lite. If you reset Phase 1 (ZP 2-Step, ZP 1-Step, or ZP Lite), the same account resets to initial balance and you start from the beginning. If you reset Phase 2 (ZP 2-Step or ZP Lite), a new account is generated and you receive credentials by email; you receive a new Phase 1 account.

If you breach rules, your account may be deactivated. You can start again with a new account at a discounted reset price. Reset fees are in your dashboard (by account size, Swap vs Swap-Free). You can reset as many times as you want until you get a Funded Account; once you have a Funded Account, reset is no longer available. No additional monthly penalty. Reset may be unavailable for certain account sizes on cTrader and Match-Trader.
