What is the eligibility criteria for my Performance Reward in the Stellar Instant account?

TL;DR: In the Stellar Instant Account, you can claim your Performance Reward either on-demand by achieving 5% account growth or on a bi-weekly (14-day) cycle if growth is less than 5%, provided you meet the minimum 1% growth requirement.

Performance Rewards in Stellar Instant can be accessed in two ways: on-demand when reaching 5% growth, or after 14 days for any growth above 1%.

1. On-demand Performance Reward (anytime)

• If your account grows 5% or more from the starting balance, you can request a Reward immediately; no need to wait for 14 days.
• All trades must be closed before requesting the withdrawal.
• If you reach 5% growth but open a new trade before requesting, the on-demand option is disabled, and the Reward will follow the 14-day schedule.

Example

Starting balance = $10,000. Profit = $500 (5% growth) → Eligible for immediate withdrawal after closing all trades.

2. Bi-weekly (14-day) Performance Reward

• If your growth is less than 5% but at least 1%, you can withdraw Rewards 14 days after your cycle's start date.
• This option is useful if you want regular payouts without hitting the 5% growth target.

Example

Starting balance = $10,000. Profit = $300 (3% growth) → Eligible for withdrawal after 14 days.

Important

• The minimum growth requirement for any Reward is 1%.
• If growth is below 1%, you cannot request a Reward.
