How can I withdraw my Performance Reward?

TL;DR: To withdraw your Stellar Instant Account Performance Reward: (1) Transfer to Wallet – Click Transfer to Wallet on your dashboard, choose the amount, and ensure KYC is completed. Avoid transferring the full Reward if it risks breaching your account. (2) Request Withdrawal – From the wallet, go to Payout, select your method, and confirm with the OTP.

Withdrawal methods include USDT (ERC20, TRC20), USDC (ERC20), and RiseWorks. Requests are usually processed within 24 hours, and traders must cover any transfer gateway fees.

Step 1: Transfer reward share to wallet

Before withdrawing, your reward share must be transferred to your ZeroPoint Wallet. When you're eligible for a Performance Reward, a Transfer to Wallet button will appear with a popup message on your account dashboard. Click it to go to the transfer page, where you'll see: Current Balance; Performance Reward Balance; News Trade Deduction (if any). Enter your preferred amount to transfer.

Important

• If you try to transfer the full reward share and it causes your account balance to fall to or below breakeven, you'll see a breach alert. You may proceed with any partial transfer amount without breaching.
• The remaining reward share will stay in your account and carry forward to your next cycle.
• Once you submit a withdrawal request, it cannot be cancelled.

KYC requirement

Make sure your KYC verification is completed before this step. Without KYC, transfer and withdrawal options will not be available. Once you complete the transfer to your wallet, your payout/Performance Reward will be processed automatically.

Processing time

Once you submit your withdrawal request, ZeroPoint processes and disburses Performance Rewards within 24 hours. Traders are responsible for covering all transfer gateway charges. See our terms of service for more details.
